About the Project
Some in the automotive industy see gesture recognition as a technology that will make in-vehicle systems easier and less distracting to drivers. Our goal is to explore the best applications of gesture technology for the next generation of in-car infotainment systems. Our system will provide usability advantages over switches, buttons and touchscreens by providing safety and convenience in a streamlined and efficient system.
