Project Title: |
Design and Implementation of a Cryogenic Electrical Characterization System for Organic Electronic Devices
|
Welcome to our website!
We are a group of students in Electrical Engineering at Iowa State University, and this is our Senior Design Project. The goal of our project is to design and build a system which can conduct fully automated, yet customizable characterization experiments on organic electronic devices (starting with a focus on solar cells) using the method of Thermally Stimulated Currents (TSC). Thermally Stimulated Currents require cryogenic temperature measurement and control, very high accuracy in measuring low currents, and robust computer control. Check out some of our other pages to learn more!
