The purpose of our project is to redesign and fabricate the masks used in EE 432 because the current mask are old and needs to be replaced. Our team will improve the patterns on the old mask and between the contacts and the silicon wafer as well as improve on the mask alignment. Our goal is to create new and better masks that are more reliable and easy to use.
