Researchers doing EEG work have no standard way of analyzing the same data. One lab will use different software and interpret data using different methodolgies from another. There fails to be a single useful way of analyzing data and displaying it graphically.
Our project was to created an integrated Matlab app that could help researchers analysis data from an EEG experiement in a standardized format. We will implement methods used in research at the department of psychology at Iowa State headed by Dr. Robert West.
