SCADA Cyber Security testbed
Hi, welcome to the Senior Design Group DEC13-11 website.
Overview
This project is a continuation of two previous senior design projects. The previous design groups have implemented a SCADA cyber security testbed, PowerCyber. The purpose of the testbed is to provide a realistic SCADA setup for research. Users can analyze cyber attacks against real SCADA infrastructure and develop mitigation techniques.
Our goal is to improve the testbed by adding devices to the infrastructure (e.g. PMUs). By adding newer devices, researchers will have more flexibility and will be able to more accurately model real-world SCADA infrastructure. We are also working on adding remote access capability to the testbed. This will allow researchers to study the system without needing to be physically present in the PowerCyber lab.
